The short version
This website does not run a server-side database and does not use cookies or analytics scripts. Every form on this site — the quote request and the contact form — simply prepares an email and opens it in your own email application when you press submit. Nothing you type is transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate.
What information is involved
When you submit the quote or contact form, the details you enter (name, email, company, country, and your message) are used only to compose an email addressed to partnerships@hadarahospitality.com. That email is sent from your own device through your own email provider, the same as if you had written it yourself. We only see the information you choose to send us that way, or when you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
Any information you send us is used solely to respond to your inquiry — for example, to prepare a quotation, discuss product specifications, or arrange samples and delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.
Third-party links and embeds
Some pages link to or embed content hosted by third parties — product and article photography, downloadable PDF catalogs, and the map on our Contact page (Google Maps). These third parties may handle data according to their own privacy policies once you interact with their content directly.
Your choices
Since we don't store form submissions ourselves, there's no account or stored profile to access, correct, or delete. If you've previously emailed us and would like that correspondence handled a particular way, just let us know at partnerships@hadarahospitality.com.
