The short version

Both the Request a Quote form and the Contact form are processed on our own server: we save your submission, give it a reference number, notify our team and send you a confirmation email — see "What information is involved" below. We use Google Analytics and Meta advertising cookies only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and we collect anonymous, non-identifying visit activity (see "Cookies and tracking" below), and we run a members-only Partner Portal with its own account system for approved trade customers.

Who we are

This website is operated by HADARA INVESTMENT İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Esenyurt Tax Office), a company registered in Istanbul, Türkiye. HADARA Hospitality is its hotel supplies brand and part of BYHADARA Group. The company is the data controller for the information you share through this website.

What information is involved

When you submit the Request a Quote form (including a sample request) or the Contact form, the details you enter are saved on our server as a record of your request, so our team can answer and follow it up: your contact information, and for a quote your property details, product requirements and an optional attached file, or for a message its subject and text. They are used to notify our team and to send you a confirmation email with your reference number. If you create a Partner Portal account, we store your name, work email, company details and order history so you can track your orders; that account is protected by our authentication provider (Clerk) and is only accessible to you and our team.

How we use it

Any information you send us is used solely to respond to your inquiry — for example, to prepare a quotation, discuss product specifications, or arrange samples and delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

If you press "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets Meta's advertising cookies and tells Meta which pages you view, which products you open, clicks on our WhatsApp, email and phone links, and that a request was sent (not its content), so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy. If you accept, when a request is saved our server also sends Meta the same signal (so that a blocked script does not hide it), together with the page it came from, your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie codes, but never your name, email address, phone number or message. We pass this on without storing your IP address. If you accept, we also load Google Analytics (Google), which sets its own cookies and records which pages you view and in what order, your approximate location and type of device, clicks on our contact links and that a request was sent (not its content), so we can understand how the site is used. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. If you decline, or don't choose, nothing from Meta or Google loads. We don't use other third-party analytics scripts. Separately, we collect anonymous visit activity — which pages a visit includes, in what order, a rough country/city derived from your connection, where the visit came from (for example an ad, a search engine or another website, as shown by the link or the referring page), and clicks on our WhatsApp, email and phone links — to understand how the site is used, see which of our ads work, and let our team see real-time site activity. This is tied only to a random code generated in your own browser and kept in temporary session storage, which clears itself when you close your browser tab rather than persisting like a cookie. If you arrive from an ad or another website, that source (not who you are) is also kept in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, so that a request you send later can be credited to it. We never store your IP address itself, and none of this is linked to you unless you submit a form — the visit code and source are then attached to your request — or sign in to the Partner Portal. Our team is notified of a new visit by a message that updates itself as the visit goes on, plus a separate notification when a visitor opens the contact, quote request or sample request page. To tell visits by people from automated ones, each visit also records the type of device, operating system and browser (not the full browser identifier), the screen size and time zone set in your browser, and for each page how long it was open, how far it was scrolled and for how many seconds there was touch, mouse or keyboard activity, never what you type or where you click. Our team uses this, anonymously, to judge whether a visit was made by a person and how interested it seemed, in the same notifications and in a daily summary. If that changes further, this page will be updated to reflect it.

Third-party links and embeds

Some pages link to or embed content hosted by third parties — product and article photography, downloadable PDF catalogs, and the map on our Contact page (Google Maps). These third parties may handle data according to their own privacy policies once you interact with their content directly.

Your choices

For anonymous visit activity, there's no account or profile involved to access, correct or delete, since it was never linked to you in the first place. If you have a Partner Portal account, you can review and update your company details from your profile page at any time, or ask us to close your account. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. For anything you've sent us by form or email, just let us know at partnerships@hadarahospitality.com and we'll handle it the way you'd like.
